Flower Dog Cake

• Get your dogs birthday cake delivered to your door safely and on time 
• The date you have chosen from the calendar is the date your dog cake will be delivered.
• Postage & Packaging is charged at the current Royal Mail rate for small parcels which is £4.50, and are tracked.
• If the date you require is not available this is because we are fully booked, please choose the date nearest to your dog’s birthday and you can freeze the dog cake until the day its required.
• Bank holidays may alter deliveries slightly, but you will always be informed.
• If you need to change your delivery date at any time, please contact us ASAP.
• Your order will not fit through your letter box, therefore a safe place is advisable in case you’re not home.
• All our orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked so they are in safe hands.
• Your order will not require a signature, so don’t worry if you will be out just be sure to leave the postie a note.
• Whilst we endeavor to have your dog cake delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for a delay from Royal Mail.  Refunds cannot be made if delivery is attempted within 48 hours of the date chosen. Please ensure you order in plenty of time.
• All our dog’s birthday cakes are packaged in a way they are extremely unlike to get damaged (only 3 have in 10 years, whoop)

Here at PupCakes Dog Bakery, quality ingredients are key for the making of our dog cakes.  You can rest assured we source only what we would and do eat ourselves with over 60% of our ingredients being organic.

We are makers of dog cakes only and therefore not qualified to advise on what is and isn't suitable for your dog. 

If you are unsure on any of the ingredients we use.  Whilst we are happy to answer any questions, we will always refer you back to your vet or a canine nutritionist.

Our dog cakes are baked free from Palm Oil & Xytoil. 

No preservatives, additional salt or sugars are added to our dog cakes.

This is all you need to know

• All our dog cakes are baked using natural ingredients which are suitable for dogs.
• No added preservatives are used in the baking of our dog cakes.
• Shelf life of our dog cakes and Pupcakes is 4 to 5 days, whilst the dog biscuits is 6 to 8 weeks.
• We recommend our dogs birthday cakes are consumed within 48 hours of your delivery date.
• All our dog cakes can be frozen for up to 8 weeks.
• To defrost you dog’s birthday cake simply take from the freezer the night before.
• Our dog cakes must be kept refrigerated and out of direct sunlight.
• All our dog cakes are suitable from 3 months to adult.
• Any food allergies must be discussed with your vet or preferred canine nutritionist.
• Pupcakes Dog Bakery is licensed and inspected regularly with our local Trading Standards Officer.
